Sofia’s journey in the dental industry began straight after high school, starting as a junior dental assistant. Over the years, her passion for patient care and dedication to learning helped her grow into her current role as Practice Manager. Today, she oversees the Essendon, Burwood, and Mulgrave locations of SIA Dental, where her warm smile often welcomes patients at reception, and her friendly, reassuring voice is a familiar comfort over the phone.
With extensive hands-on experience, Sofia has developed a strong and practical understanding of dental procedures and the needs of patients. Whether it’s booking appointments, answering treatment questions, or guiding someone through their dental care journey, she is always ready to help with warmth and clarity.
Known for her attention to detail and gentle approach, Sofia has built lasting relationships with many of our patients—often remembering names and stories that make each visit feel more personal. She works closely with the team to manage schedules, support staff, and ensure urgent cases are seen promptly, all while creating a calm and welcoming environment.
Her commitment plays a vital role in keeping the practices running smoothly. Outside of work, Sofia enjoys quiet walks, quality time with family and friends, and the occasional relaxing weekend away.
