Maham is one of the friendly and approachable dental assistants and receptionists here at SIA Dental. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science and working towards her long-term goal of becoming an Oral Health Therapist. Her academic background, combined with hands-on clinical experience, has helped her build a strong foundation in patient care, dental procedures, and effective communication.
Maham’s journey into healthcare began with a background in customer service, where she discovered her passion for helping others. This experience sparked her interest in dentistry—particularly in preventative oral health. She enjoys working closely with both children and anxious patients, helping to create a calm, positive experience during each visit.
Outside of work, Maham is a creative soul who enjoys painting, exploring new cafes around Melbourne, and spending quality time with family and friends. She’s also an avid traveller and is always planning her next adventure to discover new cultures and experiences.
Fluent in both English and Urdu, Maham values clear and inclusive communication. She strives to make every patient feel welcome, heard, and supported. Whether assisting in the clinic or greeting you at the front desk, Maham brings a warm, calming presence and a genuine commitment to patient care.
