Fiona’s journey in the dental industry began straight after high school in 2012, when she balanced weekend work in a dental practice while studying full-time for her Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University. Over the years, she has supported a wide range of treatments — from routine check-ups to cosmetic and surgical procedures — and developed a deep understanding of both clinical and patient care.
She joined SIA Dental in late 2024 and quickly became a valued member of the team, known for her calm, caring nature and natural leadership. Her dedication and people-first approach saw her grow into her current role as Front Office Coordinator and Team Leader.
Fiona particularly enjoys being involved in paediatric care, cosmetic smile makeovers, surgical procedures, braces and Invisalign cases. She takes great pride in helping anxious patients feel comfortable and ensuring every visit runs smoothly — from the first hello to the final follow-up.
Outside of work, Fiona loves spending quality time with her three young children — whether it’s visiting playgrounds, going swimming, or enjoying a day of shopping together. She also cherishes time with extended family and friends.
