Angie began her journey at SIA Dental Essendon in 2021 as a Dental Assisting student, completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting. Her dedication and strong work ethic led to a full-time role at the clinic. She was trained under the guidance of Principal Dentists Dr Edmund and Dr Claire, and Practice Manager Sofia, all of whom bring years of experience in the dental field.
Angie has developed a solid foundation in all areas of dental care. She also received brief training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Over the years, she has gained extensive hands-on experience assisting in a wide range of procedures, including fillings, crown preparation and insertions, periodontal treatment, surgical extractions, dental implants, and all stages of root canal treatment.
Known for her commitment to patient comfort and support, Angie plays a vital role in helping dentists deliver high-quality care. She is passionate about continuous learning and is highly regarded for her mentorship and leadership in training new staff. Her ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team environment makes her an invaluable member of the SIA Dental team.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with her two young children, close friends, and family. She is a passionate foodie who loves exploring Melbourne’s vibrant culinary scene. Her hobbies include painting, knitting, and running.
